FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What sectors does Panoram cover?

1

Panoram serves organizations with Colombia exposure across mining, energy, infrastructure, financial services, insurance, retail, and legal advisory. Our analysis is scoped to the political and regulatory conditions that directly affect each sector's operational and capital risk.

How do you define and communicate risk levels?

2

To ensure flawless corporate alignment, Panoram operates strictly within the standards established by the ISO 31073:2022, the global standard for political risk methodology and risk vocabulary. We completely ban arbitrary numerical percentages as direct expressions of analytical probability in our products. Instead, our analysts calibrate their findings against the rigid verbal probability scale dictated by US IC Core Analytical Standards.

How frequently are products published?

3

The Panoram Report is published monthly. Field Notes and Special Reports are issued as triggered by events and do not follow a fixed schedule. Briefing sessions are quarterly under Political Insight Essential and monthly under Political Insight Plus. The Panoram Report Subscription includes the monthly Report and all Special Reports but not Field Notes or Briefings.

Are your products available in Spanish and English?

4

Yes. Every Panoram product is published in both languages simultaneously. The Spanish and English versions are analytically identical in substance; differences exist only where idiomatic precision requires different phrasing. Organizations operating across both domestic Colombian and international contexts receive both versions under the same license.

How does your licensing structure work?

5

Our Political Insight Essential and Plus tiers operate on an organization-wide license. There is no per-seat pricing; any executive, country manager, or board member within your entity can access our written suite and attend live briefings. The Panoram Report Subscription is strictly limited to a single, named individual user.

Are your advisory fees and subscription prices negotiable?

6

Our commercial terms are standardized to maintain analytical independence. Pricing structures are transparently detailed during your initial briefing consultation.

How is VAT (IVA) handled for international corporations?

7

Invoices issued to Colombian-registered entities include standard statutory IVA. For foreign corporations our intelligence services qualify legally as an export of services rendered in Colombia and are entirely exempt from VAT.

Can a single Briefing Session be credited toward a long-term retainer?

8

Yes. If your organization purchases a standalone Panoram Briefing session and chooses to transition to a full corporate retainer tier within 45 days, the initial service fee is fully credited toward your first semi-annual retainer period.
